What a fun-filled week to end the year with a bang! My wonderful little 6th graders have now grown to be not-so-little 7th graders. I am so proud of each and every one of them for the accomplishments and achievements they made this year. It was truly a blessing to get to know them all and to be their teacher. I will miss them dearly!
There are a lot of pictures from this week. Check them out! To the Parents: Thank you so much for your support and encouragement this year. I appreciated the hard work on both ends to help your child grow. Thank you for your prayers, notes, and time spent helping your child. It was a wonderful yet crazy year! God's blessings on your summer!

Art is Eric Carle art due next Wednesday. Don’t forget A.R. due in 14 days from today. Also bring bottle caps to school. ~Abby
I am so thankful for the love and support I received this past week. I enjoyed all of the sweet treats, cards, and more! I adore this class and will miss seeing them every day after a quick 3 more weeks! These kids are so great and I am honored to be their teacher this year. Thank you all for your support throughout this year. Notes and Reminders: JH Electives choice by May 14 (see your email or scroll down to previous post) Last Book Order will be placed next Saturday afternoon. This is a great way to encourage reading over the summer! I'm happy to deliver things to the office if you would like to surprise your child with a gift. Last day for AR tests is on FRIDAY, May 21. Upcoming Science Unit: Just a heads up, students will need to collect random supplies from home for our next Science unit. Start collecting toilet paper tubes, aluminum foil, cotton swabs, pipe cleaners, tooth picks, etc. More information will come this week. I will provide a lot of supplies but it would be good if they bring their own stuff too! **See Mrs. Riemenschneider's blog for lots of pics of art projects!** |
